Product Features: The ZUOTONG 1K Basecoat is formulated with solid color tinters, metallic/pearl toners, and a blending resin. It offers excellent hiding power and high chroma, capable of mixing almost all automotive colors (solids, metallics, pearl finishes).

Applicable Substrates: Primer surfacer surfaces abraded with 600# - 1000# grit sandpaper.
Surface Cleaning: Clean with a degreaser to remove wax, oil, and other contaminants. Wipe clean with a tack cloth.

Spray Gun Caliber: Gravity-feed spray gun: 1.2-1.4mm.
Spray Pressure: 1.8-2.5 bar.
Application Method: Apply 2-3 coats with a flash-off time of 5-10 minutes between coats.
Allow a 10-15 minute flash-off after the final basecoat coat before applying the clear coat.
Notes:
1. Stir the mixture of basecoat and thinner thoroughly before spraying.
2. If the mixed basecoat sits for more than 1 hour, re-stir thoroughly before use.
3. The dry film thickness of the basecoat should not exceed 25μm, otherwise intercoat adhesion issues may occur.
4. The clearcoat must be applied within 1 hour of basecoat application. Longer delays may affect adhesion.
Packaging and Storage: 1L*12/CTN; 3.75L*4/CTN.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years in unopened original containers.
