Product Features:
High-quality thinner specifically designed for use with Zuotong clear coat, intermediate coat, and primer products. It is divided into the ZK103 Universal Thinner series and the ZK301 High-Performance Thinner series, each available in Fast Drying, Standard, and Slow Drying variants to meet various application requirements, such as different products, temperatures, spraying areas, and other construction conditions.
Universal Thinner:
ZK103K/B/M Fast/Standard/Slow Drying Thinner ----Suitable for matching with ZTC393 Golden Clear Coat, Zuotong intermediate coat, and primer products.
High Performance Thinner：
ZTH301K/B/M Fast/Standard/Slow Drying Thinner ----Suitable for matching with ZTC919 and ZTC828 clear coat, Zuotong 2K Topcoat.
Extra Slow Drying Thinner:
ZK300TM Thinner ---->35℃, ZK300TM can be used in appropriate amounts to replace ZK103M or ZK301M.
1K Basecoat Thinner:
ZK303K/B/M Fast/Standard/Slow Drying Thinner ----Suitable for matching with Zuotong 1K Basecoat.
Usage Recommendations:
Below 18°C: Use type K (Fast Drying) thinner.
18–30°C: Use type B (Standardrying) thinner.
Above 30°C: Use type M (Slow Drying) thinner.
For small-area spraying, use a relatively faster thinner; for large-area or full-vehicle spraying, use a relatively slower thinner.
Notes:
1. The solvency of high-performance thinners is slightly stronger than that of universal thinners and extra-slow drying thinners.
2. In cases of excessively high temperatures or humid weather, appropriately add 10–30% of anti-blushing agent(ZF155).
3. After opening and using the thinner, tightly seal the container immediately to prevent solvent evaporation.
Packaging and Storage: 4L*6/CTN, 5L*4/CTN.
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Shelf life in unopened original packaging is 2 years.
