Surface Cleaning: Use cleaning oil remover to remove wax, oil, other impurities and dust. Wipe clean with dust cloth.

Pot Life After Mixing (25°C): Approximately 1 hour.
Spray Gun Caliber: Gravity-feed spray gun: 1.2 – 1.4 mm.
Spray Pressure: 2 bar.
Application Method: Apply 2coats. First coat apply a mist and light spray, second coat apply with a medium wet or wet spray. Not required or very short flash-off time between coats.

Polishing Guide:
Sanding: Wet sanding. First use P2000# sandpaper, then proceed with P3000# sandpaper.
Polishing: A foam pad delivers superior polishing results.
First pass: Use medium-cut compound (e.g., 3M 05973 or equivalent).
Second pass: Use fine-cut compound or mirror glaze polish (e.g., 3M 05996 or equivalent).
Notes:
1. Due to its rapid drying feature, this clear coat is most suitable for small-area quick repairs (1 to 4 panels).
It is not recommended for full-vehicle or large-area spraying (may result in reduced leveling and gloss).
2. 70 Kit: Better suited for temperatures below 28°C, winter conditions, and small-area applications. Dries slightly faster than the 72 Kit.
3. 72 Series Kit: Better suited for temperatures above 28°C, summer conditions, and large-area applications. Provides superior appearance compared to the 70 Series Kit.
4. Although fingerprints may still be visible after air drying for 30-40 minutes, this does not affect sanding/polishing.
5. ZTH770/ZTH772 hardeners can also be used with other 2K clear coats or topcoats to significantly accelerate drying speed.
6. This is merely a general guideline and does not imply that the 70 Kits must be used below 28°C or the 72Kit above 28°C. Many customers use the 70 Kit year-round in China, including in southern regions and during summer.
Packaging and Storage: 2L+1L Kit/4L+2L Kit.
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Shelf life in unopened original packaging is 2 years.
