The ZTC919 High Hardness Clear Coat follows a fixed volume mixing ratio: 2 (Clear Coat) : 1 (Hardener) : 0~0.2 (Thinner). It is exclusively paired with ZUOTONG’s matching products, selected by application temperature:

At 25℃, the pot life after mixing is 3 hours (with ZTH919K) and 4 hours (with ZTH919B/M); mixed formula must be used promptly and cannot be stored.

For optimal results, use a gravity-feed spray gun with a 1.2–1.4 mm caliber and a spray pressure of 1.8–2.5 bar. Apply 2–3 coats, with a 5–10 minute flash-off time between each coat. If baking is required, let the final coat stand for 15–20 minutes before curing. Prior to application, clean substrates with oil remover to remove wax, oil, dust and impurities, then wipe dry with a dust cloth.
If baking is required, allow the final clear coat to stand for 15 - 20 minutes before baking.
Drying & Curing Time
Drying times vary by curing method, with precise dust-free and polishing windows for professional finishing:
Room temperature (25℃): 20–30 minutes dust-free time; 10–14 hours polishing time
Baked (60℃): 5–15 minutes dust-free time; 30–40 minutes polishing time

When ambient temperature is below 15℃: Air drying is not recommended; forced baking/curing is mandatory
When ambient temperature is above 30℃: Add an appropriate amount of ZF155 Blush Preventive Agent (follow product instructions for dosage)
Minor dust dots or sagging: After full hardening, wet sand with 1200#–2000# sandpaper, then polish with polishing wax
Tool maintenance: Clean all spraying equipment with matching thinner immediately after use to avoid curing-related hard-to-clean residue
